Feasibility Study on funding arrangements for voluntary sector at EU level

The not for profit and voluntary sectors, also referred to as the third sector, play an increasingly important role in public health and other fields, in many EU Member States and at EU level. However such organizations face a number of practical challenges to operations at a European level which are partly related to the different arrangements in place across the EU for making and receiving donations
