Consultation: Green Paper on a Common Strategic Framework for future EU Research and Innovation Funding The European Commission is seeking views on its proposals for future research funding. A consultation on the Green Paper on a Common Strategic Framework for future EU Research and Innovation Funding is now open. The changes proposed in the paper, to be introduced after 2013, would bring together the current Framework Programme for research, the Competitiveness and Innovation Programme, and the European Institute of Innovation and Technology. The deadline for contributions is Friday 20 May 2011.
