Listerine maker in court battle

Johnson & Johnson, makers of well-known mouthwash Listerine, are being sued by a company that makes oral cancer detection tests. Oral Cancer Prevention International claims that Johnson & Johnson tried to hide a link between Listerine and oral cancer by interfering in the distribution of the detection kit.
