UK Parliament debates health service overhaul

Members of the UK Parliament are preparing to debate a proposed overhaul of the British National Health Service. The Health & Social Care Bill includes many controversial measures, including giving commissioning powers to GPs. The Bill has been described by critics as "the end of the NHS" and "a back door to privatisation".
