Increased life expectancy puts strain on healthcare systems

Average life expectancy in the EU is up to 76.4 for men and 82.4 for women. Improved healthcare leads to increased lifespans, while longevity puts a greater strain on member states' healthcare systems. How should we handle the financial implications?
