Target the less well-off for charitable giving

Fundraisers say that the Giving Pledge, the fundraising effort headed by Warren Buffett and Bill and Melinda Gates, shouldn't have focused solely on billionaires. A new report suggests that it is worthwhile reaching out to people with less money by offering fund-matching for donations.
