Older patients miss out on gains in breast cancer survival

Although breast cancer survival outcomes have improved over time, a recent data review suggests that women aged 75 years or older have missed out on their share of the improvement. The findings are worrying because women over 75 represent the fastest growing group of people affected by breast cancer.
