Health staff 'will need more help to become social enterprises'

The ’right to provide’’ is intended to allow public sector workers to transfer their services into independent mutuals and social enterprises; there are many problems still to be solved if the government’s ‘right to provide’ is to succeed, according to a speaker at the Voice 11 conference this week.
