European Journal of Oncology Nursing (EJON)

The European Journal of Oncology Nursing is an international journal which publishes research of direct relevance to patient care, nurse education, management and policy development.

EJON is the official journal of the European Oncology Nursing Society.

The journal publishes the following types of papers:

• Original research articles
• Review articles
• Commentaries
• Practice Notes
• Research in Brief
• Book and media reviews
• A scan of current literature

EJON has been awarded an Impact Factor by Thomson Scientific. This first Impact Factor will measure the number of citations in 2008 to articles published in the journal in 2006 and 2007. In addition, EJON is now included in the Science Citation Index Expanded and the Social Sciences Citation Index. Inclusion in these databases will provide authors with international exposure!
