NHS reforms an unholy mess, say experts

The editors of three leading British medical journals have described
proposed changes to the NHS in England as an unholy mess. The editors of
the <cite>Health Service Journal</cite>, the
<cite>Nursing Times</cite> and the <cite>British
Medical Journal</cite> urged UK politicians to learn from their
mistakes.
