Weekly chemo seems to improve quality of life

A multi-centre set of Italian trials seems to show that patients with advanced ovarian cancer have better quality of life when receiving chemotherapy every week instead of every three weeks. Patients on the weekly regimen showed lower rates of side-effects such as alopecia as well. There was no difference in survival rates between the two groups studied.
