Fraud is serious issue for UK charity regulator

A report from the Charity Commission, the UK's charity regulator,
reveals that fraud and financial mismanagement were among the top
problems investigated last year. The 2012-2013 report found that issues
of financial abuse and mismanagement made up a third of cases reported
by charities to the regulator.
