Specialist nurses key to improving lung cancer survival in England

The UK Lung Cancer Coalition has issued a statement saying that lung cancer survival rates in England are poor compared to those in other European countries. England is now ranked 26 out of 29 countries. The organisation has called for a boost in the number of specialist nurses to improve diagnosis rates and access to treatment.
