This Masterclass in Oncology Nursing is specifically designed to meet the educational needs of cancer nurses from Eastern Europe and Balkan region and in order to facilitate the interaction, simultaneous translation in Serbian Croat is provided. A second language translation will be offered, depending on the number of the requests received.
Three intensive days of full immersion in up-to-date cancer nursing will create a collective spirit of teaching and learning to improving clinical skills and patient care.

The number of participants will be limited and admission will be by competitive application only. Admitted participants will be granted free registration and full-board accommodation< for the duration of the Masterclass. An amount of maximum 200 Euro will be available as a contribution for travel support to participants coming from outside the Belgrade area. All participants will reside at the course venue and participation is compulsory throughout the course.

  • Understand new developments in cancer disease management
  • Recognize and describe acute and late adverse effects of cancer and its treatment
  • Identify complex patient needs across the cancer trajectory
  • Describe the role of the advanced oncology nurse in leading clinical nursing care
