Some scientific journals provide open-access service which means that publications could be accessed and downloaded, free of charge. Here is a list of some of the most commonly used open-access journals. However, many peer review journals offer open access, therefore it’s worth checking the journal’s own website.

There are many other relevant journals, for which open access is not available in all countries. It is worth checking with your hospital or local university library in case you can get access to full text. Sometimes published papers are made available online by the authors so try entering the title of the paper you wish to read into a Google search, as this may lead you to the full text.
