The workshop “Building the Framework for Inclusion Practices in EU Healthcare Settings” will be held as part of EONS18 at ESMO 2025 Congress in Berlin, Germany, on Monday 20 October 2025, from 10:30 to 12:30 CET in Room Regensburg, Level 1, Hall 4.1.
This interactive two-hour session will convene healthcare professionals, researchers, people with lived experience of cancer, advocates and policymakers to initiate the development of an inclusivity checklist, based on the work carried out in recent years with EU-CAYAS-NET.
The workshop will provide a structured opportunity to exchange ideas, knowledge, skills, experiences and practical tools needed to design and develop an Equity, Diversity and Inclusion checklist for healthcare settings.
This workshop will serve as one of the first key steps to developing the inclusivity checklist, educational modules and an accredited healthcare certification for healthcare settings.
